Lovely Surprise

Recently I have been in touch with IRONPINOY magazine for a possible feature in a upcoming issue. I was shocked to log on to facebook and find myself on the cover of the Feb/Mar 2010 issue! Many thanks to Bong from IRONPINOY.  Not sure what the final print will be but I am flattered non the less.
Please visit his website at www.ironpinoy.com
Plus Batista is on the cover ;-)
Off to the gym to train chest and arms.
